A word from the Chairman
« At Grant Alexander, we are all committed to the companies and leaders we support. All of us are driven by the same conviction that our role is both economic and social. By helping companies and their leaders develop their performance on both fronts, we are humbly taking action… to build a future, a society that we fervently hope is more responsible and sustainable.
This social and ethical approach is part of our DNA and our values. We live it on a daily basis, in our practices but also in our choices of individual and collective commitment.
In 2021, we were certified under the international CSR standard ISO 26000, and in 2024, we received recognition from EcoVadis, reaffirming our commitment to taking concrete action to become more responsible.

Our approach
After three years of structuring its approach with a generalist CSR label recognized in the French market, the group chose EcoVadis, the international leader in CSR performance evaluation, to support its continuous improvement process while embracing a dynamic of transparency.

In 2024, the group earned the “Committed Company” badge, recognizing its tangible efforts in social, ethical, and environmental domains.
By continuing its partnership with EcoVadis, Grant Alexander reaffirms:
- its commitment to respecting all its stakeholders (clients, employees, suppliers, partners, etc.) in alignment with the principles of sustainable development;
- its ambition to strengthen its positive impact through stringent policies and robust measures, coordinated by the Group’s Quality/RSE and DPO Manager, Léa Suarez-Baylac.
OUR actions
This CSR approach is at the heart of our corporate project, and our team has been committed for several years to various initiatives on the different social, environmental and ethical aspects.
ETHICS
We are an active member of Syntec Conseil in the Recruitment, Coaching and Outplacement, SD/CSR and Promotion and Communication commissions (on the gender equality aspect), to contribute to the development of our professions and practices.
All of our consultants are signatories of Responsible Recruitment Charter of the Syntec Conseil. (in french only)
In order to involve our external stakeholders, suppliers and service providers, to foster a framework of mutual trust, and to commit ourselves collectively to a continuous improvement process, we have drawn up a Responsible Purchasing Charter.
We are also an active member of “France Qualité”, within the working group on relational quality, and contributed, in 2020, to the association’s white paper on the “onboarding” chapter…

Solidarity sponsorship
Since 2019, we have been supporting the endowment fund “La Maison des Bien Aimés”, which fights against sickle cell disease in Togo, by participating in actions in the field and in the effort to raise awareness in France around this disease.
ENVIRONMENT
Grant Alexander has adapted its practices and processes to contribute, at its level, to the environmental dimension in support of sustainable development.
Since 2020, we have implemented recycling and waste recovery initiatives (such as Elise in Lyon).
In 2023, the group organized its first Climate Fresk workshop to raise awareness among its teams about climate challenges.
