Graduated with a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Nanterre Paris X, as well as a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESC Rouen, Élodie has over 20 years of experience in HR consulting, with a strong expertise in behavioral skills assessment and talent development. She began her career in recruitment, specializing in direct sourcing of engineers for industrial companies, initially as a Researcher and later as a Recruitment Consultant. She then transitioned into HR consulting, where she carried out assignments in assessment, outplacement, and executive coaching, particularly with multicultural profiles in international contexts for two firms operating locally and nationally, in sectors such as industry, retail, and banking.
In 2020, she co-founded an agency specializing in HR innovation, offering a QVCT/CSR subscription-based solution for SMEs and mid-sized companies.
She joined Grant Alexander in Nantes in 2024 as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach within the Leadership Development practice.
