The expertise of our consultants at the service of senior executives seeking employment
As a member of the Syntec Conseil since 1992, we have been involved since its launch in l’Opération Coup de Pouce of the Recruitment Committee. Throughout the week of the initiative, our Grant Alexander consultants spend time to talk with headhunting consultants in order to motivate them and help them reposition themselves. This is a special moment that is appreciated every year by the many consultants who participate.
A commitment to the region… Grand Ouest
In 2020, Grant Alexander is continuing its commitment to employment by supporting the 60,000 Rebonds Grand Ouest association, which helps post-liquidation entrepreneurs to bounce back from business failure.
Through this partnership, the Grant Alexander Group, which has been socially committed for several years, wants to concretely support French entrepreneurship by accompanying business leaders who have filed for bankruptcy but whose talents and expertise remain essential to the vitality of the regional economy.

Our commitment to the Maison des Bien Aimés against sickle cell disease
Since 2019, Grant Alexander has supported La Maison des Bien Aimés (LMBA).
This endowment fund, created in 2018 and chaired by Jeanne-Chantal Bonhomme, aims to fight sickle cell disease in Africa and reduce mortality from this disease by collecting donations from private donors and organisations in order to allocate them to associations operating on the ground according to three criteria: detection, care and support.
Sickle cell disease…
It is the most common genetic disease in the world, with over 150 million cases. Also known as sickle cell anaemia, it is an inherited genetic disorder affecting the red blood cells. Its symptoms include painful attacks and an increased risk of infection. Although current treatments have increased the life expectancy of affected patients in some countries, such as those Research is therefore continuing its efforts to improve them, and even to treat the disease at its source, where the red blood cells are born.
In Togo, the life expectancy of a person with sickle cell disease is 18 years, and for those who survive, the care is often very heavy and requires hospitalisation.
Actions on the ground
The fund currently supports three orphanages in Togo.
It is building workshops at the Bethany orphanage to enable children to learn a trade, guided by their elders.
Watch the testimonies of Francisca, beautician in the workshops and Victoire, seamstress.
Its ambition is to build medical and social centres in rural areas and to generalise screening as close as possible to the population with the support of local missions committed to its side.
By supporting La Maison des Bien-Aimés (LMBA), Grant Alexander is participating in the effort to raise awareness of sickle cell disease in France and is reaffirming its desire to be one of the players in a chain of international solidarity whose objective is to curb the mortality rate from this disease.
To better understand sickle cell disease and its challenges, watch the mini-documentary “My fight against sickle cell disease, the children of Togo” produced by LMBA.
